These terms govern your use of the skglazing.co.uk website and any quotation, contract, or service provided by S&K Glazing Limited.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotations are based on the survey information available at the time. If site conditions differ materially on installation day, additional costs may apply with your prior agreement.
Orders are confirmed on receipt of a signed acceptance and deposit (typically 50%). Manufacture commences only after deposit clearance. Balance is payable on installation completion.
We will agree installation dates with you in advance. We require reasonable access to the property and clear working areas. Removal and disposal of old units is included in our quotes unless specified otherwise.
All our installations carry a 10-year insurance-backed warranty covering manufacturing defects, seal integrity and installation faults. Damage from misuse, accidental impact or neglect is not covered. Full warranty documentation is provided at handover.
Consumer contracts may be cancelled within 14 days of order without penalty under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. After 14 days, or once bespoke manufacturing has begun, cancellation charges may apply.
Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
